3D acceleration not working under Wine?

Radeon HD5450 card - there are no proprietary firewood for it, respectively, there are free ones.
I think that the problem is not in wine,
how is it possible to fasten firewood from 18 to 19 minutes ???

mint 18.3 + wine 3.2 - works

try running winecfg and look for components like directx and opengl there, maybe there are no components installed in your wine4 installation, but on 3.2 they were installed as a dependency to some program
