301 redirect from a publication on one domain to a similar one on another?

Good day!
Tell me how to correctly write the HTACCESS rules in a situation where there is a site SITE1.RU with different topics. Created a separate site SITE2.RU for automotive topics. From site 1, all auto news was transferred to Site 2, and from Site 1 everything was deleted.
How to correctly set up a redirect from Site 1 to Site 2 to the transferred articles now? Can this be done technically and how can it be done practically?
