3 weeks application for review in the AppStore. All app review emails are answered with “We are doing our best” and do nothing. Demo accounts are not affected. =\ How can you speed up these guys from Cupertino?

I noticed that apps from a Russian account are on review longer than from others (in my case, Holland).
