2 errors 1) "open_basedir" restriction set. 2) No URL set! how to fix?

I'm trying to install one script on my VPS, when I run the script installer, it gives me two
"open_basedir" restriction set errors.
No URL set!
Can you tell me how can I fix this?
I am using Ubuntu 12, Apache2, php 5.3

You can fix it, somewhere the script goes into recursion, look at the logs of the web server itself, it will be more detailed there, most likely either the CNC is broken or incorrectly configured.
