Preferably none. They will still run.
Beat the extra services and clean the startup. Everything, after the reboot there will be fewer processes.
And yes, 113 is not enough.

The number of processes does not indicate the load. Not all processes are doing work. Some are just waiting. At the same time, RAM is either not consumed, or it is dumped into the swap file (cached).
