If the parcel was sent by the store, then you need to kick them, and they should already deal with the postal service.
There was a similar problem, the sender specified the address incorrectly. As a result, upon the return of the parcel to the sender (dude from the i-no store), notifications did not come or he scored. After 1.5 months of tearing out the brain, I still received the goods, but from another seller, and the first one returned the money.

They are not tracked in Russia
It remains only to wait.
On average 1-1.5 months.
Yes, they are not tracked. But the last entry should be like this:
The author of the topic obviously either did not have a departure, or one of the two.
But there is only one way out - to kick the seller, and demanding a refund - maybe he will wake up.
The item is currently in transit to the destination. No further information is available for this item.
Additional information for this item is stored in files offline.
As an option, call our mail and ask for the track. They have operators of their own tracker, often much better than the site. For example, a parcel at customs - on the website it was transferred to customs, by phone - Detained at customs, notification number such and such, go there, telegram number such and such.
First-class is not tracked not only in Russia, but also in the USA. Even confirmation of receipt is not included in the standard set, it must be purchased separately. The parcel can be equally likely to be in any country along the way, or even at some customs officer at home :)
