Torrent Streaming?

Are there any existing solutions for video streaming via torrents? Something like www.bitlet.org , only working (there it is in test mode and, to put it mildly, does not work) and works without using a virtual java machine.
Or at least information on how to implement such a thing.

In the beta version of µTorrent, about a year ago, they added support for streaming with sufficient download speed: torrentfreak.com/utorrent-adds-video-streaming-support-091217/. True, I can’t find this option in stable 2.0.4, it will definitely be in 3.0 ( forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=63247 ).

After the µTorrent beta, which was mentioned above, the functionality migrated to the Sokol project . On popular distributions, as well as on closed trackers with a rating (where there are many high-quality peers), it works well, although it is an alpha version.
