Recently, a competitor attacked an open telegram group with mass bot subscriptions (a couple of hundred subscriptions flew at a time)

There is a Combo bot for management and analytics, basic spam protection was in place (you need to press a button to join)

Is it possible to protect yourself from such registrations?
