Problem opening localhost with https. Accordingly, the project does not open. Only via incognito with http.
They say that you need to rename the local dev domain to local. But I can't find how to do it.

Solution with opening localhost with https. But not permanent, alas.
chrome://net-internals/#hsts in the search bar.
Delete domain security policies at the bottom - delete localhost.
Reset browser cache.
