How to rebuild kernel-ml for CentOS7?

Actually the question is how to rebuild kernel-ml for CentOS7?
Is there an article or script somewhere?
And then in my tar container under fakeroot it hangs on overlay2 (and on overlay too) - but it seems that there are suspicions that indexing should be enabled (OVERLAY_FS_INDEX) and it is disabled by default (((
And yes - which is usually under normal kernels with src .rpm
