How and where can I launch a link many times with a time limit?

Cron is not suitable, the hoster has a 1 minute limit, you need every 10 seconds. What are the alternatives? The script has nothing hidden or valuable, you need to call it from the link every 10 seconds, thanks in advance

cron allows you to run a task every 10 seconds - you just need a little shamanism :)
