Are there remote control programs that support RemoteApp and work behind NAT?

The task is this: you need to work with the program on a remote computer, while it must be integrated into the client's working environment. This can be done using RDP and RemoteApp, but there is one catch: the remote computer is behind a provider's NAT, therefore, RDP will not work. Unfortunately, the provider also does not provide white IP to individual clients.
Does anyone know of a remote control program that can connect to a computer behind NAT (like TeamViewer, for example) while still supporting RemoteApp or similar technology?
Of course, you can implement this using a VPN, but perhaps there is already a ready-made solution.
Thanks in advance!

IMHO - better still VPN. There will be much fewer problems, and encryption out of the box.
For remote control - that's it.
