Why doesn't the yii2 start page open?

I'm quite green developing, help please. I installed Yii2 via composer (OS - windows 7, I use OPEN_SERVER), saved the project in the domains folder as yii2.loc. When you try to follow the request yii2.loc - an error occurs and the browser processes the request for 5 minutes before giving an error. In the open server modules: PHP - 7.2, Apache - 2.4. The Apache request logs are empty, so my request is not even displayed in the logs. Several times demolished and installed the frame, tried to install it through the archive. Help please for the second day I can not figure it out.
