Why does the menu title disappear in Gnome Shell Extensions?

Why does the menu title disappear in Gnome Shell Extensions when the state is not maximized (the buttons for closing / minimizing the window are not shown, the window title is just a black bar)? When the window is expanded to full screen, everything is in order.

When you open any other applications - everything is in order.

A question with no answer. So not only in Ubuntu, so everywhere. Apparently the cant of the application itself. Simply resize the window by dragging a corner and the title will appear. I, too, somehow looked for a reason - it's empty. Kill and climb there as little as possible.
