In general, I need to eat a fish and make it easier to earn an audience. The blog is planned to be non-commercial, but with a view to future monetization. For example, there is Blogger from Google. It is praised for its perfect indexability. But who even sits on a blogger?
There is LJ. Millions of users, popular service. But he is dying. I am aware that he has been buried for a long time, but I have known LiveJournal for almost 20 years, and he is really far behind the times.
Do not offer social media. The format of an endless tape, in which it is difficult to find something, is not suitable. As well as a frivolous attitude to content. But here's the audience there is what you need - people spy on each other, who reads what, it's very easy to distribute content even purely by accident, as if "it itself".
Who will advise what?

I think it’s worth starting a website on WordPress (on your own hosting, and not this https://wordpress.com), as it is well suited for a blog and blog groups on social networks (VK, FB at least).
