When starting a project in Unity, it hangs on the status "Compiling Assembly Definition scripts ...". What to do?

I launch the project in the unit, load and the shell comes out (see screen). There is also a problem with the add. modules when installing Unity - select the desired version, click "NEXT", goes to the window by selecting additional. modules, the only thing is that they are not there at all (the list is simply empty). Well, how would it be okay for these extras. modules, you can download them later. Without selecting modules, I press "DONE", the Unity installation starts, nothing happens at the end of the download .. AT ALL. The version just disappeared from the list, there is nothing in the folder. Well, I went to the site, installed Unity Editor separately, installed it, selected this version in the Unity Hub, everything seems to be in place. Well, then I create a project, I go in there is some kind of download and hangs on the status (as described above).
What to do just no idea. There is enough memory on the disk. I can't get into the Editor at all.5fdb9f7938736289756098.png 5fdb9f88473b1035548091.png
