What to learn next for PSD to Wordpress/Opencart?

I want to freelance as soon as possible with layout and stretching on WP/OC.
Now finished smoking the layout and php core. What to learn next? Do I need to learn JS/PHP frameworks now? Please list in any case what to study further in this direction.

No, now is the time to hone your use of WordPress and its plugins. Everything else can be learned later.

As far as I understand, you own html, css, js, php. Although, I will note that modern designers (as far as I know) do not use Photoshop (psd) to draw designs. For this, there are specialized programs and services.
From layout, you can get familiar with bootstrap, flexbox, etc.
From js it is worth familiarizing yourself with jquery. Of course, in the future, either will not hurt. For example, React JS
It's probably better to start from PHP with CMS systems (WordPress, Bitrix). Next, study the principles of MVC and smoothly move on to frameworks. Here you have to choose. A simpler framework - Yii2

Now I will probably say the most stupid and banal thing - but stop teaching, go to work!
But seriously, what you wrote is already enough at the start of freelancing.
At the beginning, I started with the knowledge of html / css and how to write onclick in js and it's fine.
And then the guys who know html/css/js/react/vue/php/laravel/wp/joomla/opencard, etc. amuse me.
But at the same time, they never took a single order because they are not ready yet.
