What is the reason for the fall of the USB hub (or what's the matter)?

It appears in the logs:

xhci_hcd 0000:05:00.0: xHCI host not responding to stop endpoint command.
xhci_hcd 0000:05:00.0: xHCI host controller not responding, assume dead
option1 ttyUSB0: usb_wwan_indat_callback: resubmit read urb failed. (-22)
option1 ttyUSB0: usb_wwan_indat_callback: resubmit read urb failed. (-22)
option1 ttyUSB0: usb_wwan_indat_callback: resubmit read urb failed. (-22)
xhci_hcd 0000:05:00.0: HC died; cleaning up

All devices turn off, what could be the problem? It really works, and then they are extinguished.... There is no physical access to the hub, a reboot does not help... Sometimes it rises by itself, but for a couple of minutes it goes down again...
