The iPhone is connected to charging distributes WiFi. Does the battery wear out?

I use iPhone as a modem. It is constantly connected to the charger and constantly distributes the Internet. If you distribute the Internet without connecting to a charger, then the iPhone quickly sits down, which indicates increased battery wear. The question is, if the phone is constantly on charge during distribution, does the increased load on the battery persist or not?

If the case is not hot, then there is no damage. Lithium batteries degrade quickly at temperatures above 40 degrees.

degrades, but not as much as with a constant "recharge" The
iPhone has a bunch of functionality inside to minimize battery degradation, with this use.
But - the phone ALWAYS works from Akum. Therefore, in your scheme, the battery is discharged by 5%. connected to the charger, immediately charged back. So in a circle
is not it easier to buy a modem?)

Lithium-ion batteries wear out simply from time to time, even if they are in a box on the shelf at the seller.
The higher the charge percentage, the faster. And the higher the temperature, the faster.
So it will definitely wear out.
But in which of the scenarios it will wear out faster - it would be necessary to check it with tests :)

If a charger is plugged into the phone, then the phone is powered by the charger, not by the battery, this is perfectly visible if you turn on the phone via usb doctor, the load on the charger changes in proportion to the load of the phone.
I constantly use an iPhone like this, for several years the battery has worn out up to 95% of everything, that is, there is no effect ...
