There are a bunch of SMS sending services on the network that have their own API for organizing this sending.
But somehow I can't find a service that has the ability to get a response to the sent SMS. Maybe someone from habralyudey saw something similar?
Such a chip is necessary for remote configuration of equipment (possible only via SMS).

In fact, you need 2 services "SMS distribution" and "Incoming number for SMS".
I won’t say how in Russia, but sending SMS from digital senders is prohibited in Ukraine, possibly in Russia as well. And if this is so, then it will not work to answer corny through the “answer” function. Although you can try to pervert with a sender like abc4444, in this case, most phones will send an SMS to 4444 when answering
