Is there a decently designed DE for Ubuntu?

I would like to find a DE visually approaching Windows. In Unity, everything is somehow fat and lurid, I remember the days of vin95 all the time and CRT monitors. Please advise.

UKUI, but I myself am a fan of Phanteon (Elementary OS)
but in general, look at how shells are mocked by unixporn

'95 and Unity? It sucks you remember her ...
My Xfce with the Clearlooks theme even looks more like Chicago. True, it just doesn't bother me.
And you would specify - on which Windu you would like to fap?
On a classic gray '98?
Incompetently clumsy Piggy?
Bottled glass Vista?
Front-showcase Seven?
Flat-tiled Figure Eight?
Or, finally, the pinnacle of evolution - the Top Ten, where the designers stupidly disagreed?

I don't know about Windows, but if you just want something pleasing to the eye, look at Elementary OS . Of course, it does not reach the poppy, but it is pleasant to use it.
