How to make the library work on the webserver?

Library - https://github.com/Emberium/SimpleQIWI
The example code ( https://github.com/Emberium/SimpleQIWI#%D0%9F%D1%8... ) works as it should, but if you open it from browser on the default python webserver ( python -m http.server --cgi), the page loads endlessly and it is not possible to open another py file, the server just hangs.
Can this be fixed or run on a different webserver?
