How to get rid of internal network error?

Good afternoon.
On Windows Embeded, using a remote desktop connection, the error "Internal network error" occurs.
Windows 8.1 Pro is installed on one remote machine, Windows 10 Pro on the other, both have this problem.
The network type on all machines is set to private network.
Group security policy settings have not changed.
In the RDP logs, on the machines where we are connecting, the
Server has disconnected.
