How to forward USB to wine to write iso system image?

You need to run the Rufus program through Wine to make a bootable USB flash drive with the operating system from .iso.
The problem is that inside the Rufus program, the flash drive is not found in the list of devices . Tried to mount and not to mount, still not displayed. And in the list of disks in wine itself, it is there when it is mounted.
PS I decided to use this method of creating an image because UnetBootin and dd make a bootable USB flash drive, but it does not want to boot (UEFI).

What a trash.
If Unetbootin doesn’t want to write normally, then I don’t see the point in Rufus.
Before using Unetbootin, what file system do you format the flash drive into?
