How to configure pptp to connect via ssh?

I set up a vpn server on zyxel kinetic, the connection works, but I can't connect to the ubuntu server on the local network via ssh. Ubuntu client, Internet access via 3g beeline. I can't figure out who is blocking access.

if you use a connection to a forwarded port in zyxel, then everything also works, it does
