The standard navigation provided by woocomerce has an English treatment. Also, the standard view is not very beautiful, but if I managed with the view, I found the css file and registered my style, then I failed to russify the "next" and "back" buttons. I found only html code through firebug, but I can’t find where and what I need to edit ... Help with advice?

woocommerce/templates/loop/pagination.php
If you want to modify woocomerce templates, it's better to copy them to your theme folder, they will be loaded automatically. Otherwise, the update will crash everything.
You can also change the output by giving arguments.
