How does minting NFT happen?

1. If the original price is set by the creator, for example 0.1 ETH, does he get the whole amount or does he have to pay some kind of commission?

2. Due to what does a new entry in the blockchain occur? According to Wikipedia, new blocks are created on the basis of Proof-of-stake, but we pay the creator nft

3. How does the process of creating tokens take place on the example of the bored ape yacht club collection? First, tokens are created, then sold to buyers, and then art is generated?

I would be grateful for any links that reveal this process in detail, otherwise it is described very superficially everywhere, in the spirit of "minting is the creation of a new token"

1. Commission - gas fi is paid by the buyer on top of this price. If the owner mint himself, he pays only a commission.
2. We need gas, of course. Gas fi is charged anyway.
3. I don’t know how monkeys were made there, but there are 2 ways: 1) the owner mint the entire collection himself, and it lies in his wallet. By logging in with this wallet on the marketplace, he can list the collection for sale on it.
2) the owner prepares pictures and meta descriptions and makes a site for minting. Users go there and mint themselves as much as they want or within the established restrictions. Then the owner can dominate himself if he didn’t mint. Then everyone can go to the marketplace.
In my profile there is a link to my github and to my YouTube channel - I post a lot of developments on this topic there and there.
