Dropping VPN connection with the provider?

The problem is that there is a disconnect "VPN connection disconnected because the VPN service stopped" after some time (sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes it works all night and does not fall) after connecting to the network, Google does not help. The lines hint that your main network is broken. Maybe the IP changed or something like that.
