CSS not loading on Wordpress site?

Once every two days, when opening the site, CSS styles are not loaded, in the console it gives the following error: failed to load resource A.main.css,qver=5.8… net::ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR. If you update the site, then everything is correct and the styles are loaded.

We contacted the hosting support, they said that this was due to caching, since the hosting side has caching settings and the WP Super Cache plugin on the site. But the plugin was removed from the site, but the problem still remained. How can this problem be solved?

Normally if your site is not loading css files its because you have not included it either properly or in the right place. It should be done as follows:
that would be the way to link your stylesheet if it was stored inside of a folder. if its not inside of a folder just remove the css/ part in the href=
